With over 30 years of experience in employee benefits and insurance, I’ve been at the forefront of helping businesses nationwide streamline their employee benefits offerings. I specialize in crafting efficient systems and advanced technological solutions to tailor group health insurance policies, ensuring companies can attract top talent, control costs, and enhance overall organizational performance. My expertise spans process management, strategic planning, and compliance, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to both employers and employees.

I’m passionate about designing and executing human resources strategies that alleviate the burdens on HR teams while driving organizational growth. By aligning benefits offerings with the company’s strategic objectives, I help businesses optimize their employee benefits programs and support their long-term success. My approach blends innovative thinking with deep expertise to deliver results that matter, always with a commitment to operational efficiency and sustainability.

A graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Insurance and Marketing, I also hold a Mastering Sales Certificate from Northwestern University and a Certificate in Leadership from SMU Cox School of Business. Over the years, I've expanded my skill set to include executive management, business strategy, and sales processes, all while maintaining a strong focus on employee benefits and HR services. I’ve had the privilege of completing Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses program, further honing my business growth and strategic development skills.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I’m deeply committed to community service and mentoring, with a strong belief in the “Platinum Rule”—treating others as they would like to be treated. I’m a Leadership Dallas Alumni and active volunteer with organizations like Impact Ventures and Richardson Chamber. Formerly, I have worked with Genesis Women's Shelter, LeaderShape, and Ducks Unlimited. In the past, I have served on several boards, including the SMU HR Round Table, Dallas Ducks Unlimited, Dallas Conscious Capitalism, DallasHR, and other community-based organizations. Whether it's helping businesses grow or supporting causes that matter, I strive to make a meaningful impact in everything I do.
